1/4 cup almond flour1/4 tsp. baking powder3 tbsp. Splenda2 tbsp. almond butter1 tsp. cherry extract1 tbsp. water1 large egg
In a large, glass measuring cup, mix together all ingredients. Cover the measuring cup with plastic wrap, cut a small slit in it, and microwaver for 1-2 minutes on high or until the cake looks set but still moist. Serve.
