Vegan chocolate ice cream

1/2 cup organic whole milk, very cold from the fridge and separated from the liquid. 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or any dairy substitute)1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 tbsp sugar
Put your can of whole coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
in a small sauce pan add the remainder of your ingredients and cook over medium heat till everything is melted and mix. let cool completely before next step.
Open up your very chilled overnight can of whole coconut milk and scoop off the solid coconut milk into a chilled mixing bowl. Start to mix. Once the mixture has doubled in size add in chocolate mixture and turn on low and mix into whipped coconut milk.
put in freezer for a few hours to let solidify. Enjoy!
