Ingredients
Egg Yolk, 2 large -room tempEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large - room temp10 ounces 365 Organic Cream Cheese, softened1/2 tsp. almond extract1 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. stevia - scant
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In stand mixer, beat softened cream cheese with egg and egg yolks until smooth and fluffy. Add extracts and stevia to taste.
Pour into 6 inch spring form pan, lined with parchment paper.
Wrap pan in foil, then place in 8 inch pan or oven-proof skillet. Pour boiling water to 1 inch depth around spring-form pan.
Bake at 300 degrees about 25-30 minutes, until set. Turn off oven and leave pan in oven another 10-15 minutes. Remove, cool. Chill before serving.
