Ingredients
2 cans Trappey's Black Eyed Peas w/ Jalapenos1 can or 1.75 cups canned diced or fresh tomatoes1 can corn1 small avacado diced1 1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup lemon juice1 tbsp olive oil40 medium size pitted black olives (chopped)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, cover, refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Serve chilled.
