Feta-Melon Salad

Ingredients
30 grams almond slices5 cups leafy greens1/2 head iceberg lettuce2 canteloupe melons, seeded and cubed150 grams crumbled fat free feta cheeseDressing:1 Tbl walnut oil2 Tbl apple cider vinegar1 Tbl water1/8 tsp pepperdash of stevia1/8 tsp parsley flakesBalsamic cream
Directions
Toast almond slivers in a dry skillet.
In a large bowl, comgine torn lettuce, melon cubes, and feta crumbles. Mix salad dressing in shaker bottle and pour over lettuce. Toss to coat.
Plate salad in 6 shallow bowls and drizzle with balsamic cream.
