Tomato and pesto tart

Ingredients
250g ready roll puff pastry100g fresh cherry tomatoes2-3 tbsp green pesto18g raw egg yolk
Directions
Preheat oven to gas mark 375. Roll pastry out onto baking tray, smear pesto onto pastry add tomatoes and then add egg yolk to glaze.
