Ingredients
2 tbsp. oats, soaked in water for a few minutes1 apple, granny smith or other1 Cup plain yogurt, green or otherPecans 10 halves or lessLemon juice
Directions
Soak the oats a few minutes in water and drain. Shred 1 small apple, add some lemon juice. Stir in shredded apple and 1 cup yogurt or kefir. Add some pecans for crunch.
