Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

2 lb. beef roast, cut into bite-sized cubes1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix1 cup red wine8 oz. reduced fat sour creamWhole wheat egg noodles
1. Add all ingredients excpet sour cream and egg noodles into crockpot. Cook LOW 8-10 hours.
2. Stir in sour cream about 20 minutes prior to serving to prevent curdling.
3. Cook egg noodles per package instructions.
4. Serve stroganoff over noodles.
Makes 6-8 servings (1 cup of stroganoff / 1 cup noodles)
