*Heinz White Wine Vinegar, 2 tspChicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Shallots, 1 tbsp choppedOnions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 50 grams Steel Cut Oats, dry, 95 grams
Soak rolled oats in vinegar overnight
Lightly stir fry the shallots, onions, mushrooms for 3-5 minutes then add the garlic stir fry for another 3-5 minutes until garlic is cooked.
Add oats to chicken broth or chicken stock and bring to a gentle boil, add vegetables. Serve
