Pasta with Chicken Sausage & Arugula

Ingredients
ArugulaChicken Sausage - 1 link per person - slicedChicken BrothSun Dried Tomatoes - NOT in oil (1/2 cup)Mushrooms - Olive OilGarlic - chopped (jar)PastaGrated Cheese
Directions
I use a covered oval Rachel Ray pot. Saute mushrooms and set aside. Heat up olive oil & garlic. Add Sausage (its fully cooked) and saute approx. 2 minutes on each side. Add arugula, stir & cover for 3 minutes or until it's wilted. Add tomatoes & cover for another minute or 2. Add chicken broth, cover and simmer for approx. 10 minutes so flavors will blend.
I make the pasta once the meal is simmering.
To serve: I plate the pasta, scoop of mushrooms, arugula mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
