Super Easy Pumkin Ice Cream

2 very ripe bananas (sliced into coins, and frozen overnight)1/4 cup chilled pumpkin puree (can use canned)Spices & sweeteners to tasteSuggested:1 tsp pumpkin spice mix1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Slice banana and freeze for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. Chill pumpkin puree. Place all ingredients into a blender. Pulse until banana is crumbling. Use spatula to push down sides. Pulse quicker until mixture becomes gooey in apppearance, (keep pushing down sides) then blend on high. The mixture will take on a creamy look and will fluff slightly. Taste and add any additions you would like; nuts, chocolate chips, caramel sauce!
