Creamy Cheesey Potato Salmon soup

Ingredients
Red Potato, 454 grams (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove)Pink Salmon (canned), 6 oz (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions

This is very low in sugar less than 2 grams.

Prep, steam the onion in microwave.
added salt and pepper to taste
I personally use Mrs. Dash

Put all ingrediants in blender, that is right the blender, EXCEPT THE SALMON

Blend until smooth,(note if you have a blentec blender hit the soup button for 3 cycles)
If using a regular blender after blender smooth pour into a saucepan or pot heat on low heat.

If using a blendtec blender add salmon and pulse for 3 counts,

If cooking in pot or saucepan, add salmon and stir until heated,

Serve, and enjoy.
