Paleo Chorizo and Kale Soup

Ingredients
8 oz chopped or ground chorizo1 can coconut milk2 cups chicken bone broth1/2 tbsp coconut oil1 Medium onion finely chopped1 jalapeno pepper (more to taste)Crushed red pepper flakes to taste4 cups chopped kalesaltpepperGarlic 1 clove
Directions
Brown Chorizo in pan. Add onion, pepper and garlic and sweat until just starting to get soft. Add remaining ingredients and cook until kale is tender. Makes 8 1 cup servings.
