Healthy Muffins

Ingredients
Mix together: 1 1/2 cup oat bran 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1 cup freshly ground flax seed meal1 cup wheat bran& 1 tablespoon baking powderand set aside.In blender place 2 oranges peeled, seeded and quartered1 cup splenda1 cup buttermilk1/3 cup canola oil2 egg whites and one whole egg1 teaspoon of baking soda1/2 teaspoon saltblend and add to dry mixture along with the 2 cups of golden raisins and mix together gently.
Directions
Place large spoonfuls into 24 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 375* for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let sit in pans for 5 minutes and then remove to cooling racks.....good hot or cold.
Makes 24 servings.
