Easy Beef Stew (in Crock Pot)

Ingredients
1.5 lb beef stew meat1 container (64 oz) V* juice6-8 medium potatoes1 sm package baby carrots5 stalks celery1 onionsalt and pepper to tasted
Directions
Brown the meat. Peel and chop potatoes, chop celery and onions. Put everything in crock pot and cover with V* juice. Add seasoning to taste. Cook in crock pot for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Enjoy.
