Ingredients
2 sticks butter softened1-1/2 c sugar2 lg eggs2-3/4 c flour2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp sodaPinch salt1/4 c sugar4 t cinnamon
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until light & creamy, then add eggs. Beat until mixed. In separate bowl sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda & salt. Combine flour mixture with butter mixture and beat till well combined. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Use a melon baller to measure cookie dough, roll into balls and coat with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 9-11 min turning pans halfway thru.
