Pumpkin Panacotta

Ingredients
1 envelope plain gelatin1/2 cup pumpkin1 egg yolk1 cup water3 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar Splenda1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon cloves1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Melt an envelope of gelatin in hot water (not boiling) in a pot on the stove. Stir until dissolved. Add spices, sweetener, pumpkin and egg yolk. Increase heat to medium. Stir until mixture thickens.
