Microwaved Ziti

Ingredients
1 jar Ragu Traditional Sauce (14oz)2/3 cup water1/2 box rigatoni pasta2-3 tbsp fat-free ricotta cheese
Directions
Mix entire jar of sauce plus 2/3 cup water in a large microwave-safe bowl with a lid. Cover and microwave for 9 minutes.

Add 1/2 box rigatoni (just enough so almost all the pasta is covered by the sauce). Cook on 50% power for 10 minutes, covered.

Stir, cover, cook on 50% power for 12 minutes or until rigatoni is tender.

Stir and place about 2-3 heaping tbsp of ricotta cheese in the center. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes for cheese to melt.

Stir until cheese mixes in, add more cheese if desired.

Makes 3-4 servings, but ingredients can easily be scaled to make more.

Reheats very well!
