2lbs 93% Lean Ground Beef1 Tblsp Worcesteshire1 Tblsp Italian Seasoning1 C Diced sweet onion1 Tblsp Minced Garlic1 Tblsp Grassfed Butter1 C Chopped Carrot1 C Chopped Celery3 Med Potatoes, diced with skin1 C Frozen Cut Green Beans, thawed2 Tblsp Tomato Paste1 Lg Can of Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes (32oz size)8 C Organic Beef Broth
Brown ground beef and drain. Put back into soup pot and add Worcesteshire sauce and italian seasoning. Add in chopped onion with the butter and saute for 3-5 minutes until transluscent. Add in Garlic and saute for another minute or so.
Add in the carrots, celery, and potatoes. Pour in the broth an bring to a boil. Once boiling add the green beans, tomatoes, and tomato paste.
Continue to boil for about 20-30 minutes until potatoes/carrots/celery is fork tender.
