6 med eggs1/4 cup water1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Tablespoon butter1/4 cup onion, diced (red, white, or green)1/2 cup zucchini, diced1 Figi's Beef Stick (mini), diced
In large bowl scramble eggs and water together. Set aside. In frying pan melt EVOO and butter over med heat. Add onion, zucchini, and beef stick cooking until onions are light brown and zucchini is heated. Add egg mixture. Stir and cook until eggs are done. Add salt and pepper to taste.
