Chili-beans and beef

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef (90%)small onion, diced4 cloves of garlic, minced1 stalk celery, diced2 TBS mild chili powder1 TBS cumin1 tsp. smoked paprika1 tsp. turmericblack pepper to tastered pepper flakes to taste (optional)1-2 TBS soy or worchesteshire sauce1-2 tsp. Better Than Boullion (beef-low sodium)1-2 tsp. unsulfured molasses (optional)1 can Kidney beans, low sodium, rinsed1 can black beans, low sodium, rinsed4 cups V8 juice1 can diced tomatoes
Directions
brown meat with onions, celery, and garlic in a dutch oven. Add seasonings and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add v8 juice, can of diced tomatoes, beans. Allow to simmer for several minutes on low. Adjust seasiongs. The longer the dish sits, the more the flavors marry together.
