Ingredients
2 cans - diced tomatoes3 large green onions1 can - fat free beef broth1 packet - Lipton soup mix (chicken)1 bunch of celery - using middle most bunch including leaves2 cans - green beans2 large carrots2 bell peppers (green/yellow/red/orange can be used)
Directions
cut raw vegetables up into small pieces
combine everything in large pot
let boil 10 minutes
let simmer 10-15 minutes
