Moose Plop Cookies

1.25 Cups of Flour1.25 Cups of Quaker Instant Oatmeal.75 Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips1 tsp of Vanilla Extract1 Dash of Salt1 tsp of Baking Soda2 Large Eggs1.5 Sticks of Butter1.25 Stevia Extract Powder
1. Pre-heat oven to 350
2. In a seperate bowl, mix all dry ingredients (flour, otameal, baking soda, salt and stevia).
3. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
4. Melt the butter in a different bowl and add the eggs and vanilla once the butter is melted.
5. Mix the two bowls together.
6. Spray a cooking sheet with Pam
7. Roll mixture into small balls about 1/2 to 3/4 the size of a golf ball.
8. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Makes about 40 cookie plops
