Curry Sauce

Ingredients
2 potatoes2 onionsCelery 1 stalk2 tbsp Coconut oil2 tbsp grape seed oil3 tbsp curry powder1 tsp salt4 cup chicken stock
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Add all ingredients except the chicken stock. Sauté to brown. Add chicken stock, bring to a boil, simmer until potatoes are cooked through.
