Cream Cheese Stuffed Sopapillas

Ingredients
2 8oz pkg cream cheese1 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla2 pkg crescent roll dough
Directions
cream together the cream cheese, sugar & vanilla. Set aside.

Next, in a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon.

Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan and lay out one tube of crescent rolls pinching together the seems to create a solid sheet of dough to cover the bottom of the pan.

Next spread cream cheese mixture on top of dough. Then unroll the second tube of crescent rolls onto the cream mix and again, pinch together seems to create a solid sheet of dough to cover.

Finally, melt butter and brush over the Crescent sheet and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar to coat completely.

Bake 350 for 30 min
