Slow Cooker Pudding

1 c long grain rice (I had Jasmine)1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk1 1/2 cup of milk ( I used almond milk-vanilla)1 T butter1 t brown sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon, plus extra for garnish1/4 tsp salt1 c raisins- optional
Spray your slow cooker lightly with non stick cooking spray. Pour milk and condensed milk into cooker and add rice. Add butter, brown sugar, vanilla , cinnamon and salt. (raisins if you want them) Stir, cover, and cook on low for 2 hours. Stir and cook for another 2 hours on low, or until rice is tender and cooked through. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until chilled. Garish with cinnamon.
