2 lb ground beef (lean)2 cans diced tomato1 cup water1 small onion choppedAdd other low-carb veggies at will (mushrooms, pepper, etc.)Salt Free Chili seasoning (I like Penzie's)
cut onion, saute with ground beef. Drain fat from beef. Add to slow cooker with tomatoes. Season with chili seasonings of choice (I use salt-free Penzies).
