Spinach, Egg, & Feta Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Spinach1 pat Salted Butter2 oz. Feta Cheese1 Extra Large Fresh Egg
Directions
Put butter & spinach in a small frying pan, cover with a lid. Stir every few minutes until spinach is thawed. Add the egg and scramble. Plate & top with feta cheese. Add Salt & Pepper to taste.

    spinach and feta cheese are two of my favorites so I like this recipe. I had a non-stick pan so eliminated the butter and also reduced the amount of cheese to one ounce. Simple to make breakfast! - 3/11/17
