Edamame Salad

Ingredients
1 bag frozen shelled edamame1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar1 tbsp vegetable oil1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper1 bunch radishes (8 ounces), cut in half and thinly sliced1 cup loosely packed chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Directions
toss the edamame, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, radishes, and cilantro together in a large bowl.
Serve chilled or at room temperature
