Blueberry Muffin Minis

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter, softened3/4 cup sugar1 egg1-3/4 cup unbleached flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup milk1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
Directions
Makes 24 mini-muffins.

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease muffin cups.
2.Cream together soft butter and sugar. Add egg and stir.
3. In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Mix together, then fold in blueberries.
4. Fill muffin cups pretty much to the top. Bake in preheated oven for 15-25 minutes. Using frozen blueberries increases the baking time.
