*chayote squash, 3 cup Green Beans, FreshCut, Cut Green Beans, No Salt Added, 2 cup Apples, fresh with skin, 1 cup, quartered or chopped Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Bacon, Wright Smoked Bacon - 2 slices, 8 serving Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 2 cup, diced*Canola Oil, 1 1tsp Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp Salt, 1 tsp(C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value), 2 tbsp
chop all veggies except onions and ham. cook bacon til crispy. chop bacon after cooled. chop onions separated.
on a deep skillet or a pot,on mediun-high fire cook the oil and chopped onions till golden brown. add all the other vegetables, chicken broth , black pepper and salt. lower fire to medium-low and let cook till vegetables are soft(30 min or more), add ham, bacon and wine vinegar. let simmer for a few more min. ready!
