Belizean Potato Salad

2 lg Potatoes1 cup Peas & Carrots, frozen2 lg Eggs.5 cup Celery, raw, chopped3 tbsp Onions, raw, chopped.3 cup Green peppers (bell peppers), chopped1 dash Salt1 tsp Black, pepper5 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip (use Light for lighter recipe)1 fl oz. Evaporated Milk (canned)1 serving Cross & Blackwell Salad Cream-5 tbsp(optional)
boil potatoes and eggs in a medium sauce pan for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Let Cool. In a medium bowl dice potatoes and eggs, add peas & carrots tawed, celery, onions and peppers. Add all other ingredients and stir. Chill and serve. Makes 12 servings.
