Chocolate Zuccini Bread

Ingredients
1 cup flour3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder1/4 tsp salt3/4 tsp baking soda1/2 cup sugar2 tbsp. oil1 egg1/2 tsp vanilla6 oz. nonfat plain greek yogurt, at room temp, excess liquid drained off.1.5 cups grated zucchini (about 2 medium)1/2 cup chocolate chips, tossed in 2 tsp flour
Directions
1. Put grated zucchini in a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. Preheat oven to 350, and grease loaf pan.
3. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into a small bowl.
4. In medium mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil , eggs, vanilla until well blended. Add yogurt and beat to combine.
5.Stir in dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Add zucchini and chocolate chips.
6. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan and bake 35-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Don't overbake. Cool 10 minutes in the pan, then remove and cool completely before cutting.
