Blue Cheese Caesar Salad in a Jar

Ingredients
1 tbsp Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing1 cup chopped yellow and green peppers5 grape tomatoes4 cucumber slices1/4 cup great northern beans (from a can, rinsed)1/3 cup red quinoa (cooked)2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles1 tbsp salted sunflower seeds1 cup shredded green leaf lettuce
Directions
Prepare vegetables, beans and quinoa. Layer in a glass quart jar- liquids on bottom, hard/moisture-resistant vegetables, other veggies, protein/beans/grains, nuts, lettuce. Seal and refrigerate until ready to eat.
