Jalapeno Poppers - Baked (Jeannie)

Ingredients
12 Jalapenos4 oz Feta Cheese4 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)4 oz Cheddar or Jack cheese (or Colby)3 Tbsp Hellmans Mayo2 Tbsp grated onion
Directions
Wearing gloves cut peppers in half lengthwise and clean out the seeds and ribs
Mix the other ingredients and scoop into the peppers
Place on a foil covered baking sheet
Oven 425 15-18 min until pepper is soft and topping is browned.

Serving Size: Makes 24 poppers (12 cut in half)
