Spaghetti Squash Bake

1 lb extra lean ground beef1 large green pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped4 cups cooked spaghetti squash1 jar Rao's Tomato Basil Sauce1.5 cups shredded mozzarella1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseGarlic powder to taste
Set oven to 350 and make several fork holes in the spaghetti squash. Cook for 1 hour. Allow to cool.
Brown ground beef with peppers and onions. Drain. Add tomato sauce and garlic powder. Keep warm.
When squash has cooled, slice in half and remove seeds. Use a fork to shred the squash into a 9x5 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Pour burger and sauce mixture over the squash. Spread mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
