Ingredients
Kale: 1/2 cup, chopped Spinach, fresh: 1/2 cup Banana, fresh: 1/2 Apple, Gala: 1/2 serving Frozen Mixed Berries: 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened: 1/2 cup Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt: 3/4 cup Ginger Root: 1 small peice (to add zing)Parsley: 2-3 TBS
Directions
Put half the yogurt in the blender
Add berries and greens
pour in half the milk
Blend for few seconds.
Add the remaining milk and yogurt
Blend for a few seconds
Stir in any un-blended items
Blend until smoothie-smooth!
