Spring Green Salad mix 3 cupsBanana 1 medApple 1 medFlaxseed 1 teaspoonWater 2 cupsNo calorie sweetner 2 packetsI drink my smoothies for breakfast and lunch so only two servings of 20 oz +/- 2oz.I also like my smoothies a little grity. I can chew or make chewing motion and start the digestion process.
Directions
Blend greens and water.
Peel Banna
Decore Apple
Then add other ingredients. Until desired texture.
