1 egg, beaten1 slice Kraft cheese singleOlive oil
Heat olive oil in a small round pan.
Beat egg until well mixed.
Pour into hot pan . When half cooked (bottom is not sticky), turn it over. Place sliced cheese on top and pull one side so egg will look like half moon.
Brown both sides, as per preferred texture.
