Almond Cookie Cut Out

Ingredients

1.5 cup butter softened2 cup granulated sugar2 cup packed brown sugar4 eggs3 tsp almond extract2 tsp vanilla extract5 cups flour1 cup cornstarch3/4 cup ground almonds2 tsp baking powder2 tsp salt
Extra super large bowl cream butter and sugars. Add egg and extracts and mix well.
Another bowl combine dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture just until blended.
Shape into balls.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Roll and cut out cookies.
Bake at 350F for 7 to 9 minutes. (If using something other besides a non-stick cookies sheet you may need to coat cookie sheet with cooking spray.)
Serving Size: Makes @ 13 dozen cookies
