Chicken Fried Rice (white rice/no egg)

16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 0.50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 clove Garlic 4 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 0.50 cup Snap peas 1 serving 1 cup onion chopped 6 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- Prepare rice according to package instructions
- cook chicken and cube into 3/4 inch pieces, set aside
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic and carrots.
- Stir fry until tender.
- add peas
- Add eggs and scramble, mixing well
- Add rice, chicken, and soy sauce. Stir together
Serving Size: makes six 12 oz servings
