Homemade Pizza Dough/ Hot Pocket Crust

Ingredients
2 c. warm water2 T. brown sugar2 T. yeast2 T. olive oil1 1/2 tsp salt5 c. flour (wheat/ white mixed-- no more than 50% whole wheat)
Directions
Allow yeast to dissolve in brown sugar and water for about 10 minutes. Then add other ingredients and blend until soft ball forms. Allow to rise for an hour, covered. Split dough in half for pizzas or into equally divided dough balls for hot pockets.
