Ingredients
diced applessliced peaches - 2oranges - 2 sectionsraisins, half boxbananas - 1/4 of oneflax seed 1 tbspKefir 1/4 cupalmond milk vanilla 1/2 cupadd a small dash of cayenne pepper for your blood vessels - it dilates them.
Directions
Put fruits in little baggies and put in freezer and pull out in morning. Add rest of ingredients - put in ninja and blend.
