Granola with Walnuts

Ingredients
2.5 cups rolled oats1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes1/3 cup raw quinoa2 cups walnut pieces1 cup maple syrup1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 225F. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread on two parchment lined half-sheet pans and bake until dry (approximately 75 mins).
