Stovetop Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage1 cup of chopped onion1 cup of chopped celery1.5 lb of venison (or beef)1 cup of cooked rice3/4 of a cup of shredded cheese1 can or rotel (10oz)
Directions
brown meat, celery, rotel, and onion. drain fat. dice or shred cabbage and add to meat mixture with 1/2 cup of water. once cabbage starts to soften... add 1/2 cup of uncooked rice. cook on low on stove top for 45 minutes. once rice is tender.... add cheese and enjoy.
