Baked Kale and Quinoa Patties

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked Quinoa (red and plain)3 eggs beaten1 cup roughly chopped Kale1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs1/3 cup of Feta Cheese1 tsp dried dill1/2 tsp cajun seasoning1/2 med Onion chopped1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
lightly grease a baking sheet (non-stick spray)
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl
If mixture is too dry or too wet add a little extra panko or water as necessary.

Bake for 17 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 12 patties
