14 oz Nasoya Organic Firm Tofu2 tbsp McKay's Chicken Style Seasoning (Vegan no whey)1/3 c Trader Joe's Medium Ripe Green Olives sliced1/4 c Olive juice from the TJ's Olives2 tsp Follow Your Heart Reduced Fat Vegenaise
So easy! No cooking involved. Just mash the tofu and add your seasonings and olives and mix. Divide into approximately 7 servings and serve on your favorite whole grain bread or wrap. Add some spinach and pickles for a little extra flavor.
