Ingredients:##Pork Tenderloin, 1 oz##Beef, top sirloin, 3 oz ##Waterchestnuts 0.25 cup slices ##*Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup##Celery, cooked, .25 cup, diced ##Carrots, cooked, .25 cup slices##*1 med yellow onion, .25 serving ##Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped ##*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp ##Brown Sugar, 1 tsp unpacked ##*No Name Bamboo Shoot Strips, 0.25 cup ##Chicken Breast, with skin, 0.18 breast, bone removed##*Canola/Olive Oil 2tsp, 1 servingSriracha
Directions
Start veggies first ( I cooked in a wok) add some water and cover. Cook to liking. Add in thin sliced meat and rooster sauce. Cook through.
