Greek Style Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved3 TBSP pitted kalamata olives, coarsely chopped2 TBSP ricotta cheese1-1/2 TBSP fresh lemon juice1/4 tsp ground oregano1 TBSP olive oil1/8 tsp ground red pepper4 ounces shredded skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast, about 1 cup2 small cucumbers, chopped6 TBSP plain hummus6 (8-inch) whole-wheat flour tortillas
Directions
Spread 1 TBSP hummus over 1 side of each tortilla. Top each tortilla with about 1/2 cup chicken mixture. Roll up wraps; cut in half.
