Oriental Meatballs

Ingredients
Ground Beef 93% Lean, 20 ouncesExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp stir fry sauce (sun luck), 2 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Christopher Ranch garlic and ginger stir fry, 3 tsp Hy-Top Plain Bread Crumbs, 1.5 cupsWater, .25 cup
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients except oil and sauce in a bowl. Use il to grease a 9x13 glass baking dish. Roll mix into 1 inch balls and place in pan with a bit of space in-between each. Bake 45 min. Pour sauce evenly over the meatballs. Serve over vegetables or rice.
